By creating an account and using Velmora you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Velmora delivers AI-generated personalised morning letters to subscribers. Letters are generated by artificial intelligence and are for informational and inspirational purposes only.
Velmora is not a medical, therapeutic, psychological, financial, or legal advice service. Nothing in any letter constitutes professional advice. Do not make important decisions based solely on letter content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Velmora. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
- One account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Account sharing or resale is not permitted.
4. Subscription and billing
- Free trial — 7 days free, no charge during the trial.
- Payment — After the trial ends, your subscription converts to a paid plan at the price displayed at checkout. Billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.
- Cancellation — You may cancel at any time via Settings → Manage subscription. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.
- Failed payments — If a payment fails, your account moves to "past due" status and letter delivery may be suspended until payment is resolved.
- Price changes — We will notify you by email at least 30 days before any price change.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the service.
- Use the service to generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- Provide false information at registration or onboarding.
6. Content and AI output
Letters are generated by AI and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any letter content.Velmora is not liable for any actions taken based on letter content.
Reflections you submit remain your property. By submitting them, you grantVelmora a limited licence to use them solely to improve your personalised letter experience. We do not share your reflections with third parties.
7. Availability
We aim for daily delivery but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Letters may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues, third-party service outages, or scheduled maintenance.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Velmora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with 30 days notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
